Mumbai Man Flashes Private Parts Before Girl At ATM

Mumbai: It was traumatising experience for a 23-year-old woman who went inside an ATM to withdraw cash in Mumbai. A 35-year-old man flashed his private part at the girl when she was withdrawing the money from a State Bank of India ATM at Navghar locality in Mulund. The accused has now been arrested by Mumbai police. He has charged under Section 354 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code which deals with outraging the modesty of the women.
Showing rare courage, the woman confronted the accused and shot a video of his criminal act. In the vodeo, the accused could be seen covering his private organ when the girl started to shoot the video. The video has gone viral on social media. The accused has been identified as Sandeed Kumbhakar who works for private club.
