Dhenkanal district is known for its natural tourist destinations that got another tourist destinations with a new tribal museum. The tribal museum was inaugurated by Collector Bhumesh Chandra Behera.On the occasion of International Mother Language Day, the Dhenkanal District Education Department organised a function. Collector inaugurated the museum linked with a library. The tribal museum will exhibit tribal attires, ornaments, musical instruments and other traditional elements used by Kandha, Kutia Kandha and other tribal communities.

This museum will create awareness and knowledge on the importance of tribal people in the society.
The library is open to the common people and tourists who can enjoy the beauty of the tribal in the museum.
