The Monsoon Session of the State Legislative Assembly will commence at 11 am on September 1 and continue till September 9. Parliamentary Affairs Principal Secretary G Mathivathanan issued a notification in this regard on Monday.
As per the schedule, the session would have seven official business days and one private members business day.

The House would remain closed on September 5 (Sunday). The State Government is likely to table several Bills during the session.
