After Brain Stroke, Actor Rahul’s Condition Stable

Actor Rahul roy, who suffered a brain stroke while shooting in extreme weather conditions in Kargil. he is recovering as informed. He was airlifted to Mumbai from Srinagar, is currently admitted to Mumbai’s Nanavati Hospital. His wife and sister were later informed about his health condition. Rahul is now suffering from impaired speech, called aphasia, will have to undergo a surgery soon. Aphasia is a condition that robs one of the ability to communicate. It can affect one’s ability to speak, write and understand language, both verbal and written. Aphasia is typically occurs suddenly after a stroke or a head injury.
Rahul Roy suffered a brain stroke while shooting his next film LAC: Live the Battle in Kargil. Nana Patekar and his son Malhar were the first ones to help him. They made calls to help Rahul get admitted to the hospital.
 

Nishant Malkani, who plays the lead roles in LAC: Live the Battle in Kargil, was with Rahul Roy when he started behaving unusually on shoot in Kargil. Nishant said, It all happened on Tuesday. He was alright when we all went to sleep on Monday night. I think the weather got to him. it’s extreme condition out here in Kargil where we are shooting. The temperature is -15 degree centigrade.
