Cuttack: Seven Dengue Patients died in SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack following the death of a woman patient from West Bengal East Medinipur on Saturday. The deceased was identified as Manju Rout.
Manju was shifted from a private hospital in Bhubaneswar and was undergoing treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the SCB Medical since the last four days.
Her health condition deteriorated following which she was put on the ventilator support system. But, she died today morning following her illness along with kidney failure.
So far seven dengue patients have died while undergoing treatment at the SCB Medecal in the past six months.
