New Delhi: Former Union minister and Indira Gandhi’s private secretary RK Dhawan took his last breath on Monday evening at BL Kapur hospital of New Delhi. He was 81. He was admitted to the hospital last Tuesday. Rajinder Kumar Dhawan popularly known RK was a Rajya Sabha member.
