Bhubaneswar: A major relief to Pradeep Maharathy, the Bhubaneswar special additional district judge (ADJ) court-III on Saturday granted him conditional bail.
Pradeep has been granted bail on condition of two surety bonds of Rs 50,000 each. The court also directed him not to influence the witnesses and cooperate the police in the investigation,
Predeep was arrested by Pipli police on April 22 for allegedly leading an attack on members of an Election flying squad and Static Surveillance Team.
